You might be wondering what an expensive Gulfstream IV looks like on the inside. Here is a 1990 Gulfstream IV that is actually listed for sale in an aircraft classifieds ads web site. This airplane is absolutely beautiful. When you think of a vehicle being almost 20 years old, you don’t really consider that to be too valuable. With airplanes, it seems to be different. This particular Gulfstream IV is selling for just under $17 Million dollars. I absolutely enjoy checking out the luxury aircraft interiors of expensive airplanes.

They say that pictures tell a thousand words, check out this photo of the beautiful interior of this 1990 Gulfstream IV.

So what makes this Gulfstream so special? Perhaps, it is the 13 passenger configuration that is equipped with some very modern and luxorious items such as two lavatories, single bed and gallery, microwave oven, beige leather seating, satin nickel metal, beige print fabric, maple wood with high gloss finish and tan wool carpeting. Sounds all nice doesn’t it?

I absolutely love luxury aircraft. Private jets such as a Gulfstream or a Hawker are just amazingly beautiful airplanes. With so many different configurations and with an abundance of different fabrics, materials, styles and colors; viewing the custom interiors of these luxury airplanes is a sight to see.

There are so many television shows that showcase many different luxury items. MTV Cribs is one example. The concept of this show is to film the luxury homes of famous musicians. I don’t know of a televised show that offers a review of the interiors of luxury airplanes. I wish there was one, perhaps there is and I just haven’t heard of it.

I enjoy surfing the Internet and finding pictures of airplanes. My favorite shots are those of the interiors. In this article you will find some a real brilliant and outstanding photograph pulled from the Internet that showcase one of the most spectacular luxury aircraft interiors. I find that these photos are absolutely top notch and it’s obvious that they should be. Heck, some of these airplanes being bought and sold are worth millions of dollars!

The photo above is a shot of the interior of the 2005 Gulfstream G50, serial #5097, N550GA. This airplane is currently listed for sale by Avjet Corporation, a worldwide leader in the private jet sales market. The photographer of this picture is unknown to me. Contact Andrew Bradley at Tel: 703-661-4848 or 201-320-3333 for more information regarding the photo as well as additional information regarding this plane for sale.

This luxury Gulfstream G550 sits 14 passengers in beautiful leather seating configuration and is equipped with a conference table, two lavatories, two coffee makers, a high temperature oven and microwave, a dish washer, china and crystal storage, a stainless steel sink, two ice compartments, a thermoelectric cooled food storage compartment, a thirty gallon pressurized water system, a hot water heater and air conditioning. Additionally there are two digital multi-system converters, two color touch screen remote controls, two RF remote controls and ten 115 volt AC electrical outlets. Also included in this configuration is a fuselage mount forward view camera, fuselage mount aft view camera and a tail mounted camera.

The passenger audio systems include: Ten mid range speakers, four subwoofer speakers, seven pages system speakers, 16 stereo headphone jacks and headphones and one CD player.

Price Tag: $60,000,000 USD That’s right! If you want to fly in one of the most luxurious airplanes available today, you’re going to have to shell out a little bit of cash. The annual cost to maintain this airplane is around $600,000 USD. In fact, the average cost to fly this bird is around $2,300 dollars per hour. it will cost you around $1,000,000 dollars to have an engine rebuilt. New paint will cost you in the ball park of $200,000. I hope you like the interior, if not, you’re looking at spending $300,000 to have it refitted.
