Dublin airport air traffic mostly back to normal
There were some delays in flights at Dublin International Airport today, but air traffic control operations were largely back to normal, according to the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA). The airport’s radar control system broke down a week ago, resulting in delays on outbound and inbound service through the remainder of the week and the weekend, impacting thousands of passengers. On Wednesday, over 200 flights at the Dublin International Airport were delayed, cancelled or diverted when air traffic controllers found that radar system malfunctions were making it impossible to operate safely.
