The Bendix King KSN 770 Next Generation GPS/NAV/COMM
I love tech gadgets and that really is part of the reason why I like airplanes. The Equipment and avionics equipped on many airplanes are quite amazing. I am a fool for technology and enjoy reading up on the most modern and technological avionics such as the Bendix King KSN 770 Next Generation GPS/NAV/COMM.
The KSN 770 is a combination IFR GPS navigator, intergrated TAWS, weather radar display, and a digital VHF Comm/NAV/ILS. Amazingly the Bendix King KSN 770 replaces the need of four separate pieces of equipment on board your airplane.

Do you like things in color? I do! And one of the things I enjoy most about the KSN 770 is the brilliant and bright color LCD screen. We’re talking about full VGA high resolution and advanced graphics that offer an amazing view of electronic charts and maps offered by Jeppesen.
For those that don’t know, Jeppesen offers an extensive array of charting and navigation services. They offer a wide range of software products and services designed to address virtually every flight planning need. With the KSN 770 you maximize the full capabilities of Jeppesen’s services and technology. You can learn more at the Jeppesen Web Site.
Another thing that I enjoy about the KSN 770 is that this same graphical user interface commonly found on advanced luxury business jets can be in the hands of pilots who fly more economical aircraft such as a common single engine piston airplane. Recreational pilots can enjoy using the same technically advanced equipment as pilots who fly multi million dollar airplanes.

Wow. It’s about time Bendix/King came up with an answer for the GNS530. I’ve always liked their interface better than the Garmin’s. Maybe it’s because that’s what I “grew up” with…
